Today's Live Newscast actually went really smooth.
"The Team" is what I can call us! "The Team" made little mistakes today. Of course I am responsible and I don't mind. But the progress that was shown today made me excited about next Tuesday.
I understand my last blog was a little dreary, but it shows a great transition that I am actually listening to those who share Producer Tips with me.
I want to say thank you I will not let you down. Leadership is heavy but looking back to what I have been through...I am already equipt to assist and execute!
"The Team" did a great job with better understanding the many jobs that need to be completed and I know that with the continued persistence to get it right... "The Team" will deliver.
It goes up from here.

Twitter Tuesday Day 3
I am a News 20 at 5 producer and I really enjoy it. This being my third day and the first time I am blogging about it, you would conclude I have a lot to say, but I don't.
There has to be some type of happy medium.
My understanding for producing is slowly coming together.
You must figure things out on your own. This is one of the most interesting projects I have ever been apart of.
It's like im walking into a room that is set up with furniture with a blind fold on and trying to maneuver, just tripping over every thing.
I know what to do it just doesn't make sense just yet. Something just don't add up.
Overall, I am very pleased with everyone who has helped with the Tuesday News Broadcast. I know we are at the beginning stages of our day and I know this will be a successful semester as far as meeting deadlines and timing the show out correctly.
This is only the beginning. I am reminded that it will be harder but I was always taught that the latter will be greater. So I believe that my best shows are starting now and will continue throughout the remainder of the semester.
I am appreciating news even the more.
